English Premier League club Newcastle United are still tracking Paris Saint-Germain striker Kevin Gameiro and could well make a move for the former Lorient man in the summer.
Gameiro has been tipped to exit the Parc des Princes when the transfer window reopens, with PSG expected to boost their striking ranks once again.
The 25-year-old will not be short of suitors and, according to Mercato365, Newcastle are poised to get involved in the race for the striker’s signature.
Newcastle have moved for the Frenchman before, bidding in the summer of 2011 to sign Gameiro before he moved to PSG.

Gameiro has struggled to cement a spot in Carlo Ancelotti’s starting eleven this season.
Indeed, the hitman has started just six matches in Ligue 1, making a further 16 appearances from the bench.
PSG splashed out €11M to snap up Gameiro from Lorient, signing him to a four-year contract. The French giants will undoubtedly want to recoup the vast majority of that fee from any sale.
