Australian winger Brett Holman is considering his future at Aston Villa.
The 29-year-old joined the English Premier League outfit last summer from Dutch club AZ Alkmaar but, despite a promising start at Villa Park, found a starting spot hard to come by in the final part of the campaign.
Indeed, Holman appeared in just four of Aston Villa’s final 14 Premier League games of the season, as Paul Lambert’s men narrowly avoided relegation.
And that has forced the Australian to question his role at the club.

"Maybe I should take a decision, maybe I shouldn’t", he told the APP.
"It depends on what happens at Villa. If a change is necessary then it will come."
Holman has spent the majority of his career in Holland, turning out for Feyenoord, Excelsior and NEC before landing at AZ in 2008.
At international level he has won 59 caps for Australia, scoring nine goals.
