Gyliano van Velzen has had his youth contract at Manchester United ended, following three years at the Old Trafford set-up.
Van Velzen made the move to England in 2010 whilst still a trainee at Ajax, and earned four appearances in the reserve leagues over his first two seasons.
He failed to make the grade to the first eleven this season and is currently looking for opportunities in his native Holland.
However, Van Velzen insists he is leaving the Premier League champions with happy memories, and having become a more "mature player".
