Liverpool have confirmed the agreement of a deal in principal with Spanish side Celta Vigo for striker Iago Aspas.
The Reds are thought to have had an offer of €9m accepted by Celta Vigo several days ago, with a dispute over agent fees holding up the deal going through.
Now Liverpool have taken a significant step towards pushing Aspas’ transfer over the line.
Indeed, the Reds have announced that they are just waiting for the requisite documentation to be completed.
