PSV Eindhoven have admitted defeat in their pursuit of a loan move for Chelsea contracted Thorgan Hazard.

Hazard is currently on loan at Jupiler Pro League side Zulte Waregem and is very much the centre of his side's efforts.

His nine goals and 11 assists in 21 league games have, unsurprisingly, attracted PSV though the 20-year-old appears clear on his future.

Hazard will enjoy his temporary spell until next summer, and is believed to be in constant touch with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.

And PSV technical director Marcel Brands was quoted by Voetbal International as saying: "He wants to stay in Belgium. He is not feasible."

Hazard's brother Eden is already proving his worth at Chelsea and the younger Hazard is also dreaming of the same.

"I chose Chelsea because I hope to play on the same team as Eden one day – it's my dream", Hazard had said earlier this month.

"After 18 months at Zulte Waregem I feel that I am approaching the level of Chelsea's first team, but I am still not quite there."
