Manchester United are sniffing around promising FC Zurich youngster Dimitri Oberlin.
The attacking midfielder-cum-forward, who turns 17 years old next September, has been of interest to Italian Serie A side Udinese. However, the southern Italian club were unable to push a deal over the line for Oberlin.
Now Manchester United are set to try their luck for Oberlin, with an attempt at signing the young gem firmly on the cards.
Oberlin has been tipped for big things and is highly rated by the Swiss giants.
Zurich are keen to keep hold of the 16-year-old, but are also well aware that the youngster may well be tempted by the opportunity to move to Old Trafford.
The English champions have already raided Zurich recently, doing a deal for young defender Saidy Janko in last year's summer transfer window.
