Lazio right-back Luis Pedro Cavanda does not want to be drawn on speculation that Arsenal are tracking him ahead of a potential summer swoop.

The Gunners may soon need a new right-back with Frenchman Bacary Sagna's contract expiring this summer and no extension yet signed, amid interest from Liverpool, Manchester City, Inter, Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco.

Cavanda could be an option for the Gunners, but the 23-year-old is content to leave such matters to his agent.

"I have yet to develop and I'm not going to stop", the Belgian explained to Sport Foot Magazine.

"Arsenal want me? These things are for my agent. I do not want to talk about it."

And Cavanda is keeping his sights firmly set on earning a spot in the Belgium squad, and if not for the World Cup then for Euro 2016.

"My priority is with Belgium.

"I still hope to be called up for Brazil, but if not, then I will work hard to be at the Euros."
