Nice left winger Eric Bautheac has rebuffed an approach from English Championship side Reading.

The 26-year-old is garnering much attention this summer and the Royals came forward with a proposal to take him to England.

However, according to French daily the Nice Matin, Bautheac has rejected Reading as a potential destination and does not want to hold talks with the Championship outfit.

The winger still has a number of other clubs on his tail though.

Also tracking Bautheac are Bundesliga sides Hannover and Stuttgart, though the player's stance over a switch to Germany is unclear.
