Rangers have this morning confirmed that veteran striker Kenny Miller has signed a new contract with the club.

Miller, who is in his third spell at Rangers, has put pen to paper on a one-year extension to his contract, ensuring he should taste top flight football with the Gers once again, his deal now running until 2017.




The striker has regularly been trusted on the pitch by Rangers manager Mark Warburton, earning praise for his performances.

So far Miller has hit the back of the net on five occasions in 13 appearances for the Ibrox giants, helping the side sit on top of the Scottish Championship standings.
 


Overall, Miller has made 201 appearances for Rangers, netting an impressive 81 goals for the club.

The striker will be focusing on helping the Gers claim promotion back up to the top flight this season safe in the knowledge he will still be called upon in the Scottish Premiership.
