Rangers midfielder Jordan Thompson has declared the club's Ibrox home the "greatest sight" he has ever seen.

Thompson recently admitted he is delighted now that the international break has passed and he can focus on training with the Rangers first team.

Now, despite Rangers turning out at the Tony Macaroni Arena against Livingston this weekend, Thompson is already dreaming of featuring at Ibrox.

The young midfielder took to social media to post a photograph of Ibrox.

And he wrote: "It's the greatest sight that I have ever seen."

The 18-year-old has managed just one single appearance in the Scottish Championship for Rangers this season and will be bidding to catch manager Mark Warburton's eye in training.

He has though managed to make the bench for a number of Rangers' league games and is firmly in the first team picture at Ibrox.

Thompson played in Rangers' last league game, a 4-0 win over Alloa Athletic at Ibrox.
