The AS Monaco defender spent last season on loan at Premier League club Everton and made a total of 28 appearances before returning to France.

 

Looking back at his loan spell with the Toffees, Sidibe has revealed that he has fond memories of the club and also expressed his delight at having worked under Carlo Ancelotti.

 

 

Having enjoyed his time at the Merseyside-based club and in the Premier League, the France international is keen to return to England in the near future.

 

Sidibe is a huge admirer of the Premier League, which he feels breathes football, and also hailed that stadiums and the fans in the country.

 

 

This championship [the Premier League] breathes football, the stadiums and the fans are fantastic“, Sidibe told French daily L’Est Eclair.

 

I also had the chance to rub shoulders with Carlo Ancelotti, [who is] a worldwide reference as a coach.

 

 

Yes, I will only keep fond memories of my time at Everton.

 

I cannot wait to England in the very near future.

 

Sidibe provided five assists from his 28 appearances for Everton last season.
