The 25-year-old joined Portuguese giants Porto on a season-long loan last summer after struggling to earn a place in Jurgen Klopp’s plans for the campaign.

Grujic has made 33 appearances across all competitions for the Dragons and Conceicao has been delighted with the midfielder’s contributions to the team recently.

With Grujic potentially in line to be sold by Liverpool in the summer, Porto could look to acquire the Serbia international’s services permanently or extend his loan contract.

However, Porto boss Conceicao has refused to comment on the possibility of Grujic remaining with the Portuguese outfit beyond the summer, insisting that he is in no mood to address subjects related to the upcoming season.

These are situations about preparing for next season and, frankly, I’m not in the mood to answer in a real way, so I’m not going to say anything“, Conceicao told a press conference.

Though he refused to comment on Grujic’s future, Conceicao revealed that he has been pleased with the midfielder’s recent form.

Grujic is in an excellent form and we have other quality midfielders, such as Sergio Oliveira, Loum, Romario Balde, Otavio and Fabio Vieira“, Conceicao said.

He had his adaptation period and has responded very positively in the last month, we are very happy with him.

With Conceicao remaining coy on Grujic’s future, it remains to be seen if Porto are interested in buying the Serbian this summer.
