Relegated from the Championship last season, the Owls will have been looking to stamp their authority on League One and get promoted back to the second tier straight away.

They began the season in good form, sitting top of the pile after four games, but a three-game winless streak has put a spanner in the works.

Shodipo insists that the Owls have to exude a certain swagger so that the rest of the teams in the third tier become afraid of coming up against them.

“We need to have a bit of arrogance about us in this league”, Shodipo said in a press conference ahead of the game against Ipswich Town at the weekend.

“Teams should fear us and hopefully that’s the case later on.”

The Owls star is looking forward to taking on Ipswich this weekend and feels that a good game, between two teams who want to play football, is on the agenda.

“I’m looking forward to this clash”, Shodipo added.

“It’s a big game.

“Two good footballing sides.

“It will be a good game of football.”

The Owls will be looking to end their winless streak against the Blues and get back in the winning groove.

Their opponents have won only one game in the league campaign and have lost three times, with the Owls hoping to pile on the pressure.
