After picking up one point from a thrilling 2-2 draw against Brentford on Sunday at Elland Road, the Whites are back on the road in the Premier League and will travel to the capital to take on title challengers Chelsea at the weekend.

The Blues fell to their second loss in the top flight this season against West Ham last weekend, which has seen them concede the lead in the title race, falling down to third in the standings.

Leeds legend Dorigo of the view that Chelsea losing to the Hammers is not a good sign for the Whites as they will be that much more determined to get a win in their upcoming top flight clash.

Dorigo added that the top teams in the world like Chelsea would want to make sure that they do not put in consecutive poor performances and expects Leeds to have a tough challenge at Stamford Bridge.

“Thomas Tuchel saw his side lose away at West Ham last week but I don’t see that as a good sign for us”, Dorigo wrote in his Yorkshire Evening Post column.

“It’s not very often the top teams put in two or three bad performances in a row and they’ll be determined to put that right.

“They do have a trip to Russia tonight in the Champions League but I’m not sure that’ll have any effect on the game.

“They’re seasoned in dealing with the pressures of European football and they have the squad to match their ambitions.”

Leeds do not have a good record in games away in London under Marcelo Bielsa but they will be determined to not return from the capital empty-handed come Saturday.
