An equaliser from Pascal Struijk in the dying moments of the game ensured Leeds picked up a vital point against Brighton on Sunday in the Premier League, which has helped them climb out of the drop zone.

Leeds’ relegation rivals Everton and Burnley both lost their latest outings, but they each have a game in hand over the Whites, which they will play against Crystal Palace and Aston Villa, respectively, tonight.

However, Leeds legend Dorigo has insisted that both the Toffees and the Clarets will be getting worried as they go into their midweek fixtures, having seen rivals Leeds get a result.

Dorigo insists that the pressure is firmly on Everton and Burnley to pick up points tonight, while he stressed Leeds will have to take care of business themselves by getting a win on Sunday against Brentford.

Asked whether he thinks Everton and Burnley are under more pressure than Leeds, Dorigo said on the Official Leeds United Podcast: “They are going to be wetting themselves, absolutely.

“Pressure, it is pressure and you cannot take anything for granted.

“And us getting that point, right at the end, can you imagine the Burnley faces?

“All the players and the staff, it would have been a right blow.

“So no, I think they are going to be under pressure now.

“We have got a point, we have got ahead of them, it is back to them and see how they handle the pressure.

“[They] have two really tough games [tonight] and we have to take care of business ourselves.

“We have to go into that last game, whatever the result is in midweek, go into win the game.”

A win for Everton tonight will see them secure safety, but Burnley and Leeds’ futures can only be decided on the final day of the season.
