The midfielder has been heavily linked with a move away from Lazio at the end of the season with rumours of interest from top clubs in Europe.

Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have both been linked with holding keen interest in snapping up the player.

Juventus have also been keen to sign him but Biancocelesti coach Maurizio Sarri recently claimed that the midfielder will not be sold to another Italian club.

Lotito reiterated his desire to hold on to Milinkovic-Savic but stressed that even if he leaves, Juventus will not be the beneficiaries.

“Sergej is not for sale”, the Lazio president told Italian daily Il Messaggero.

“And he will certainly not go to Juventus.”

The Lazio supremo recently admitted that he would be happy to talk to Milinkovic-Savic over his future if the club receive a big offer from one of the top European clubs.

However, he seems determined about not wanting his star player to move to Juventus this summer.
