Aribo played more than 55 matches for Rangers last season and got on the scoresheet nine times in addition to providing ten assists, as he helped the Gers to Scottish Cup success.

However, the midfielder’s contract with Rangers expires next year and he has received interest from south of the border.

Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest are both keen on the midfielder, with the Eagles claimed to be the frontrunners for his signature.

It is suggested that Selhurst Park is Aribo’s destination of choice, however the midfielder could end up not moving at all.

Aribo is not ruling out staying on at Ibrox beyond this summer and signing a new contract with the Glasgow outfit.

Still, the midfielder remains interested in moving to the Eagles as he wants to test himself in the Premier League and Rangers are willing to enter into talks.

Crystal Palace have already contacted the representatives of the midfielder and he is expected to make a decision before the Scottish Premiership season begins in late July.

The Gers are not anxious about the situation and so far there have been no bids lodged for Aribo.
