PSV scored a thrilling 3-2 win over Monaco on Tuesday night in extra time to book their place in the playoff round of the Champions League qualifiers.

They will take on Rangers, who came back from a 2-0 deficit in their tie to beat Union Saint-Gilloise 3-0 at Ibrox on Tuesday night.

Rangers will host PSV at Ibrox in the first leg next Tuesday night before visiting the Philips Stadion a week later for the return leg.

And according to Dutch outlet Voetbal Primeur, PSV are set to get an advantage over Rangers through the help of the Dutch FA.

The Dutch FA are set to give the weekend off to PSV before the second leg in order to prepare for the game.

They are scheduled to take on Volendam in the Eredivisie on 20th August but that game is now likely to be postponed.

PSV will have a full week to prepare for Rangers’ visit to the Philips Stadion for the second leg of their playoff.

Rangers will take a trip to Hibernian on 20th August with no suggestion that the Scottish FA will take their cue from their Dutch counterparts and try to help the Gers.
