The Austrian coach’s stock has been on the rise for his work at Eintracht Frankfurt, who won the Europa League under his tutelage last season.

They are currently sixth in the Bundesliga table and gave a good account of themselves in the Champions League as well this season.

Glasner is one of the names Tottenham are looking at as a potential new manager ahead of the start of the 2023/24 campaign.

But according to German magazine Sport Bild, a move to Tottenham is not expected to happen this season.

Glasner is more than happy at Eintracht Frankfurt and is not desperate to leave the German club at the moment.

Eintracht Frankfurt are also planning to offer him a new deal and see him as their long-term manager for the time being.

The 48-year-old will only consider leaving Eintracht Frankfurt if he gets an offer from a club capable of winning the Champions League.

Tottenham have not won a major trophy since winning the EFL Cup in 2008 and have not won a league title in more than sixty years.
