Amad has had a terrific season on loan at Sunderland and his stock has risen due to his performances in the Championship.

Sunderland are interested in taking him back to the Stadium of Light on another loan deal and the player has not ruled out a return as he enjoyed working under Tony Mowbray.

Amad is also intrigued at the prospect of a loan move to the Netherlands in the next transfer window though.

And according to Dutch outlet 1908.nl, Feyenoord are considering making a move for the winger this summer.

Feyenoord had a deal in place to sign the winger on loan in the summer of 2021 but the move collapsed after he suffered an injury in training.

The Dutch champions have continued to monitor Amad and have been impressed by his performances at Sunderland.

His name is being discussed in recruitment meetings in Rotterdam and he is very much a target.

But Feyenoord are yet to make any concrete approach to sign him from Manchester United this summer.

Erik ten Hag is likely to want to take a look at the Amad during pre-season before making a decision over his future.
