Talk that Dele Alli is training with Italian Serie A side Como is wide of the mark and the midfielder is still training with Everton, following the expiration of his Toffees deal, according to the Daily Mirror.
Alli’s troubled spell with the Toffees officially ended in June this year and he has failed to find a new club for himself since then.
Where he will head to in order to try to get back on track has been a source of speculation as the months go by.
It has been claimed that he is training with Cesc Fabregas’ Como side, who ply their trade in Serie A.
However, ‘Alli is not’ training with Como and has only been to Italy to watch them in action.
Alli is currently still working with Everton, with whom his contract has expired.
Fabregas has told Alli he is more than welcome to train with Como if he wants to.
At the moment though, Alli remains on Merseyside to train at Everton.
Alli’s career trajectory has taken a downward curve since a few productive years at Tottenham Hotspur.
