According to reports Inter are rivalling Arsenal and Manchester United for the signature of Porto striker Hulk. The Nerazzurri are aware that attacking reinforcements are needed at the San Siro, especially with Samuel Eto’o scheduled to leave for the African Cup of Nations in January. With Juventus seemingly having re-opened the Serie A title race, Inter boss Jose Mourinho is keen to ensure his side retain their lead at the top of the table.

23-year-old Hulk has done well with Porto since he arrived in Portugal from Japanese football and passed the test of scoring in the Champions League this season. Inter do have other options however, those being Luca Toni and Goran Pandev. Hulk remains an interesting option though.

Both Arsenal and Manchester United are thought to have had the Brazilian watched, but Inter could have advantages over the English duo in that they could offer Ricardo Quaresma or Mancini as part of any deal, both players of interest to Porto.
