Atletico Madrid could be set for a big shake-up in the winter transfer window, especially if Sergio Aguero exits the club. Reports in Spain suggest that Atletico coach Quique Sanchez Flores is keen to make some changes to a team which has performed poorly at times this season, but could lose his star asset in the process.
The La Liga club have already managed to raise in the region of €6M through offloading Florent Sinama-Pongolle, but the sale of Aguero could bring in much much more. Sanchez Flores however would like to keep hold of the little Argentine and instead work with the budget already available.
The departure of Aguero would require the squad to be reorganised with Diego Forlan operating as the sole attacking point.
