Juventus are reportedly in the market for a new striker and are considering two options according to Tuttosport. The first, and priority, is Wolfsburg forward Edin Dzeko. Dzeko, a long-time target of their bitter rivals AC Milan, would be thought to cost in the region of €35M.
Another less expensive option for the Turin side could be Toulouse striker Andre-Pierre Gignac. The 24-year-old French international has impressed Juventus and come under serious consideration within the corridors of power at the Serie A giants.
However, whilst Dzeko could possibly be acquired in the winter transfer window, albeit for a fee most may find excessive, Gignac has recently signed a new deal with Toulouse, making his exit from Ligue 1 in January unlikely.
