Ligue 1 side Monaco could be set to allow two of their attacking players to leave during the January transfer window. Both Serge Gakpe and Frederic Nimani are reported as being surplus to requirements by L’Equipe, and both have their fans.
Togo striker Gakpe is believed to have a host of rival French sides tracking him, including, Boulogne, Strasbourg, Metz, Le Havre and Istres.
Nimani on the other hand has been linked with a move to English Premier League side Burnley, and the striker has become disillusioned with life at Monaco due to a lack of playing time. With Burnley having recently appointed a new manager however, it remains to be seen what impact this will have on their interest.
With both players on the fringes of the first-team, it is thought Monaco would have little problem agreeing to moves for both of them.
