Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez has once again guaranteed that The Reds will finish in the top four come the end of the Premier League season. The Merseyside giants are currently fourth in the standings, level on points with Manchester City who have two games in hand.
“The manager has to be positive and I am. But how can I change things? By working harder and doing my best every single day. The players they know this, and they are doing the same. We are working together,” Benitez said to his club’s official website, adding, "I can guarantee we will finish in the top four.”
With impressive sides Tottenham and Aston Villa within a couple of points of Liverpool as well, Benitez’s bold statements will surely be put to a stringent test before the end of the season.
