Pep Guardiola has reminded Barcelona of what their aims are for the season as the current campaign reaches a critical period. Having lost to Atletico Madrid in the last game and Real Madrid cutting their lead to just two points, the Catalan giants will be under extra pressure to bounce back against the visiting Racing Santander.

There are still some marvellous challenges to come,” Guardiola claimed in the club’s official website. “We want to see off the challenge of a strong rival to retain the title. Now is the hour of truth. We will need to be at our best to have a chance. If we stumble in any game maybe will not have as good a chance of winning trophies as we should have.”

Racing’s visit to the Camp Nou today will be extra special as it is the record-breaking coach’s 100th game in charge of Barcelona.
