Former Italy and Juventus legend Roberto Baggio could yet go into management. In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, the man who famously missed a penalty in the 1994 World Cup final would not rule out a future as a coach.
"Coach? This is a beautiful challenge and I like challenges." said Baggio. Pushed further as to whether the Italian national team job could be a possibility at some point, Baggio replied, "I don’t know, I don’t rule [it out]."
If Baggio did enter the coaching world he would follow in the footsteps of many of his former team-mates, but the expectations upon the "divine ponytail" would surely be much higher.
