Chelsea face a goalkeeping crisis ahead of their match against West Ham United, with injuries to both Petr Cech and Hilario. Manager Carlo Ancelotti remains unfazed however, as he believes that summer signing Ross Turnbull will fill the void without problems.

It is very difficult, I understand this, and Turnbull understands this, but he has a quality to do well, and I am not worried about this because he is a good goalkeeper,” Ancelotti said on the club’s official website. “He won’t be worried, he is very calm, like a man. It is important for him to be optimistic and to play a good game for the team.”

This will be the young keeper’s league debut for Chelsea since his acquisition from Middlesbrough in the summer.
