Inter Milan manager Jose Mourinho has highlighted the importance of guiding his club to the Champions League semi-finals by revealing his willingness to risk further injury to star midfielder Wesley Sneijder, who suffered a knock in training. The Italian giants are currently holding the advantage in the tie, but their Portuguese boss is looking to ensure qualification to the next round.

"He had a problem in training; let’s wait and see," said Mourinho on UEFA.com of the 25-year-old’s chances of playing against CSKA Moscow tomorrow. "I will wait until the very last minute as this is the most important game of the season and I will take risks if necessary."

Inter Milan, who knocked out Chelsea in the previous round, are currently holding a 1-0 advantage over CSKA Moscow.
