Mario Balotelli’s agent, Mino Raiola, has shot down rumours claiming that he had met with Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti to request for his client’s transfer. According to calciomercato.com, the disgruntled player’s representative said, "It’s not true. I have to deny something that is obviously fake. I haven’t even met with Massimo Moratti this week.”
Speculation has been rife over the future of the controversial Balotelli, who was subject to jeers from the San Siro crowd, after Inter Milan’s win over Barcelona on Tuesday night. The player responded by throwing his jersey on the ground and making gestures toward the crowd, actions that infuriated the club’s supporters and some of his team-mates as well.
Although Raiola has claimed he has not asked for Balotelli to transferred, his eventual departure looks inevitable after a rocky season.
