Few would fancy Wigan Athletic, who have virtually nothing to play for, getting a result against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge with the title on the line at the weekend. But manager Roberto Martinez is convinced his side travel to London with confidence, having beaten the Blues once already this season.
“The mood in the dressing room is that the players are all up for it. They are ready for one final push and have a belief they can make it difficult for Chelsea,” the Spaniard said on the league’s official website. "Football is all about dreams and it is a fantastic dream to have, that you can decide who wins the league."
Wigan have also succeeded in beating Liverpool and Arsenal this season, proving that Martinez’s side will be no easy challenge for Chelsea.
