Real Madrid stalwart Guti, who looks set to bid farewell to the Bernabeu this summer, has been made a very attractive offer by Turkish giants Galatasaray. The 33-year-old midfielder has, according to Madrid based daily Marca, been earmarked by Galatasaray coach Frank Rijkaard as an essential part of his summer transfer plans.

The Istanbul giants have put a two-year contract in front of Guti, with a pledge to make his stay in Turkey a lucrative one and also make him the leader of the team.

Guti has stated recently that it is time for him to leave Madrid and enjoy one more footballing project. At the head of the queue for his signature were Roma, and the Spanish midfielder was believed to be on his way to Serie A for a time, with even rumours of Inter being interested. Now a move to Turkey appears to be growing ever closer.
