Yesterday it was reports that Real Madrid stalwart Guti is heading to Galatasaray and today another club legend, Raul, is linked with a move from the Spanish capital. In what could signal the end of a glorious Los Blancos era, Raul could be on his way to Tottenham Hotspur claims Madrid based daily Marca.

Spurs have reportedly put the offer of a lucrative two-year contract in front of the 32-year-old, and are hopeful that Champions League football at White Hart Lane next season can help to seal the deal. The North London club have been interested in Raul previously, but with little success.

As the years tick by Raul is playing less and less of a pivotal role at the Bernabeu, and may be tempted to have one last hurrah in a league and country he has always wanted to play in.
