Roberto Mancini, who describes himself as a manager who “always preferred to win with a club that hasn’t won for many years,” seems to be at the perfect club in Manchester City. The mega-rich side may not have won anything this season, but are looking to be on the verge of greater things in the near future.
"When you choose a club where you are trying to change the history, it is good for a player and manager,” the former Inter Milan boss stressed.
Exciting times await the Blues, as they attempt to improve on an impressive fifth place finish in the Premier League this season. With the summer transfer window open, and Man City’s massive budget, expect the Blues to splash the cash and be a real threat in the coming campaign.
