Real Valladolid coach Javier Clemente has assured Real Madrid that his side will be doing all they can when they take to the Camp Nou pitch to face Barcelona this weekend. Valladolid still sit in the relegation zone and require at least a point to have any chance of surviving in La Liga. Real Madrid will hope, with just one point between themselves and Barcelona, that Clemente can do just that.

"Sometimes great teams have a bad day, and then the difference between teams is not so much", Clemente told Madrid daily Marca.

Clemente has made Valladolid hard to beat since his arrival in April and the team scored a much needed win last weekend, beating Racing Santander 2-1. Yet the task in front of them, to leave the Camp Nou with points, preferably three, looks huge, and Clemente would instantly gain legendary status at the club were he to succeed.
