Just days before what Inter Milan manager Jose Mourinho describes as “the most important [game] in the world,” the Portuguese boss took time to defend his “negative” tactics against Barcelona, in the second leg of their semi-final tie at the Camp Nou.
Mourinho gave two reasons for his extremely defensive approach in Spain, saying to the press, "One, because we only had 10 men and two, because we beat them [Barca] 3-1 at San Siro, not by parking the bus, or the boat or the airplane, but by smashing them at the San Siro.”
The former Chelsea manager could potentially be leading Inter out for the last time on Saturday, as speculation continues to surround the highly successful tactician’s future.
