Juventus have emerged as genuine contenders for the signature of CSKA Moscow midfielder Milos Krasic. The Serbian made a great impression on Europe’s elite last season as he starred in CSKA’s good performances in the Champions League. Krasic has already been linked with moves to Manchester United and Inter this summer.
The Old Lady, keen to build a Serie A title challenge for next season, believe Krasic would be an ideal addition to their squad and coach Luigi Delneri has informed the club hierarchy that he would like to have the Serbian at his disposal by the time the new Italian season gets underway.
Krasic was also on the wanted list of Rafael Benitez. The Spaniard, now no longer at Liverpool, but a serious contender for the Inter job, would be expected to give his blessing to a Nerazzurri pursuit of the Serbian.
CSKA Moscow will resist interest in their star, but could find big money bids hard to resist.
