England manager Fabio Capello has been the latest to vent his frustration at Adidas’ Jabulani. Plenty have expressed their displeasure with the ball’s unpredictable nature, and the Italian tactician could not restrain himself from doing the same.

"This is the worst ball I’ve ever seen in my life,” Capello exclaimed “It’s terrible for the players, especially for the defenders, because it is impossible to follow the trajectory. On the cross, it’s really hard to anticipate where the ball will go. But the big problem is that sometimes it is impossible to control.”

There has been plenty of talk about the effect of the ball’s unpredictable trajectory on the World Cup, with some even claiming it is the reason behind the competition’s lack of goals in the early stages.
