According to reports from Catalan daily Sport, Italy prime minister and AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi, has made disgruntled Barcelona star Zlatan Ibrahimovic his prime target for the summer transfer window.
The successful businessman almost succeeded in luring the towering Swede to join the club back in 2006, when Juventus were relegated to the second division of Italian football, but ultimately failed. Although Ibrahimovic did end up plying his trade at the San Siro, it was with city rivals Inter Milan where he decided to play.
Four years later, Berlusconi is adamant that the time is right to finally snag the talented striker, who failed to win over the majority of the Barcelona faithful in his debut season at the Camp Nou.
