Ligue 1 giants Lyon have reportedly identified Paulo Henrique Ganso as a key summer transfer target as they attempt to build a side capable of reclaiming the French crown. Ganso, a highly rated Brazilian attacking midfielder currently plying his trade with Santos, is wanted across Europe and the 20-year-old is tipped as the next big thing.

French paper Le Parisien believe that Lyon are ready to break the bank for the exciting forward by sending an offer of €20M to Santos. Ganso, rated as the most exciting prospect in Brazil, was a surprise exclusion from Dunga’s World Cup squad.

Should Santos give any indication that they are willing to part with Ganso then Lyon can expect plenty of competition from Europe’s heavyweights for his signature.
