Juventus are keen to strengthen their defence with a move for Roma star Philippe Mexes. The Frenchman is viewed as an ideal addition by the Old Lady as they bid to build a squad strong enough to challenge Inter for the title next season.
Roma though will want to hold onto the 28-year-old whose performances last year caused some sections of the France support to question why Mexes was not a central part of Les Bleus defence.
Shoud Juventus wish to push through a move for Mexes the centre back will not come cheap.
