Real Madrid are hugely happy with the progress of Zinedine Zidane’s son Enzo Zidane, believing him to possess many of the attributes which made his father one of the best players on the planet.
Young Enzo Zidane is currently within Los Blancos academy structure, plays in the same position as his father and wears the number 10 shirt. While his talent has been known for some time, it is only recently that his progression has reached such heights that the youngster is beginning to attract attention from outside the club.
"He’s really his father printed on the pitch", said Real Madrid sporting director Jorge Valdano, before going on to comment that, as Zidane will be eligible to play for both France and Spain "there will be a duel" between the two.
