Former Celtic midfielder Evander Sno has suffered a heart attack whilst playing for Ajax’s reserve team. The 23-year-old had to be brought back with a defibrillator and was successfully revived.
The incident occurred in a game between Ajax’s second string and Vitesse reserves. Sno has been reported as responding well to treatment.
The midfielder had enjoyed two seasons with Celtic following a move from Feyenoord and then moved back to Holland with Ajax.
