West Ham winger Julien Faubert has stated his desire to quit the Premier League side, stating he does not believe the club trust in his skills enough to hand him the regular first team minutes he craves.
Faubert, who spent time at Real Madrid on loan in 2009, looks set to leave Upton Park in the summer and has not been slow to voice the reasons that will lead him to the exit door.
"It’s no use denying it, my will is to go away from West Ham", said the Frenchman.
"Here there is no room for me, I’m working hard but trust is not given. My future is somewhere else. I hope the club does not block my departure."
And while Faubert may return to French football, where he turned out for Bordeaux before moving to England, there are thought to be several clubs from the Bundesliga keeping a close eye on developments concerning the 27-year-old.
