Dinamo Moscow look to have won the race to sign Zvjezdan Misimovic from Galatasaray and for a fee far lower than mooted. The Russian side are thought to have had an offer of just €5M for Misimovic accepted by the Turkish side and will work frantically to agree personal terms with the player.
Also in the running for Misimovic were several other Russian clubs, including Terek Grozny, Spartak Moscow and Zenit St. Petersburg.
The Bosnian has not enjoyed the best of times in Istanbul, having moved from the Bundesliga where he had established a prolific partnership with Edin Dzeko at Wolfsburg. Misimovic will hope for better luck in the Russian top flight.
