Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has refused to rule out the possibility of his new club getting involved in the title race once again.

Despite a gap of 15 points between the Blues and Premier League leaders Manchester United, Torres believes that their meeting with Sir Alex Ferguson's side tonight is a unique opportunity to blast their way back in to the reckoning.

"This will be an interesting game because it can make us come back to fight for the title", said the Spaniard to Chelsea's official site.

"It is one of the most important games of the season right now, and if we win this one we are closer to them and we will still have one more game against them."

Torres has yet to find the net since joining Chelsea for £50M from Liverpool in the winter transfer window, being substituted in all his three starts so far. Nevertheless, the Spanish forward enjoys an excellent record against United, one he will hope to continue at Stamford Bridge this evening.
