Bolton Wanderers forward Johan Elmander looks set to head to Italy when his current contract with the English Premier League club expires at the end of the season.
The Swede is keen to experience another top level championship and several Serie A sides are keen to take him to Italy.
Leading the chase for Elmander is believed to be Juventus, who are reported to be close to agreeing a deal with the Bolton man. However, also interested are Napoli, Roma, Fiorentina and Lazio, as the forward’s free agent status makes him an attractive prospect.
Elmander has previously turned out for French club Rennes before joining Bolton and, despite taking his time to settle at the Reebok Stadium, is now a consistent performer for manager Owen Coyle.
