Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda has played down talk that he could be set to leave the Ligue 1 champions for Manchester United.
The 25-year-old is under consideration at Old Trafford as a potential successor to the retiring Edwin van der Sar and the Red Devils will again run the rule over the Frenchman when the two clubs meet in their Champions League second leg on Wednesday.
But Mandanda insists that he is under contract with Marseille and has yet to hear concrete interest from England.
"There is nothing", said Mandanda to La Provence when questioned about links with United.
"I have a contract with Marseille and [while] I have no intention to change teams, everything is still possible."
Mandanda will not be released easily by Marseille if United decide he is the right man to succeed Van der Sar, although the Frenchman would surely jump at the chance.
