Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi’s agent has admitted that his client would find an offer from Barcelona very difficult to turn down, but insists that despite various sources suggesting the forward is on the Catalan club’s summer wishlist, he has not yet heard anything concrete.
"Nobody would refuse such an important club as Barcelona", said Rossi’s agent Andrea Pastorello to Radio Mana Mana.
"At the moment these are just rumours though and the player is concentrating on the present."
Pastorello also admitted that despite interest from Italian clubs in Rossi, he had not heard anything from that direction either, and attributed it to the striker’s high asking price.
"Offers from Italy? Not for the moment, also because of the high asking price."
